Sayles Consulting Group (“SCG”) is full-service consulting firm providing project management, entitlement, strategic   planning, and community outreach services for developers throughout Southern California and the western United States.  SCG can help with every aspect of your development project from land acquisition through finished project.  We specialize in complex projects   including multi-family residential and mixed-use developments, hospitality projects  and large-scale multi-disciplined master plans.

v Project Management:  Full-service management of development projects from conception and design to construction.  Services include project team assembly and management, contract negotiation and management, preparation of timelines and development budgets, and management of the plan production process through issuance of building permits, and oversight of project sales and marketing efforts.
